Founded in 2009, CWTI is a sophisticated professional services company with Federal and Commercials divisions provide management consulting, training, administrative support, information technology, support that focus on applying reputable best practices.

Crossworks Technologies Team

Mrs. Tor’rea Cross Co-Founded Crossworks Technologies, Inc. (CWTI), an engineering and logistics services company in 2009, with her late husband, Mr. Wayne A. Cross. Today she sets the company strategy and runs the financial operations. Under Mrs. Cross, CWTI is Small Business Administration (SBA) certified Service Disable Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Corporation and registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). She proudly served in U.S. Army and earned multiple awards and decorations from her military service. Prior to rejoining CWTI, Mrs. Cross was active in the saltwater fishing community. She attended Valencia College, Calhoun Community College, and Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University. She holds a degree in Missile and Munitions Technology.
Donald B. Simmons, III is responsible for program execution, resource management and client relationships at Crossworks Technologies, Inc. He is a retired U.S. Navy Captain with extensive acquisition experience. While on active duty he served as Principal Military Director of Logistics at the Naval Air Systems Command, as Director of Aviation Maintenance, Material and Readiness at Naval Air Forces, as Commanding Officer of Fleet Readiness Center Southwest (FRCSW), and as Commanding Officer Fleet Readiness Center Western Pacific (FRCWP). He holds an Associate of Arts degree from Florida State College at Jacksonville, a Bachelor of Arts degree from Flagler College and a Master of Science degree from the Florida Institute of Technology. He is also a graduate of the U.S. Naval War College.
Tonge English is responsible for providing human resources solutions to management and employees in the areas of payroll/benefits administration, compensation/classification administration, talent management, and compliance. Tonge has worked in local/state governments, privately-held companies, and large-sized organizations. Previously, she has managed recruitment, employee relations, payroll administration, compliance, compensation/classification activities. She holds a B.S. from Tuskegee University and a M.S. degree from Troy State University. Also, she is a certified professional that holds her Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
Stephen Kehrt is responsible for the program execution of our largest contract and pricing on all proposals. He is a retired Navy Commander with strategic leadership experience involving tactical aviation maintenance, readiness, manpower, training, program/project management, life cycle logistics, sustainment and all aspects of aircraft and related component maintenance. He has program office, Organizational, Intermediate, and Depot level experience and was the Maintenance Department Head at TOPGUN. Additionally, he has extensive international Operational and Intermediate Level aviation maintenance experience. He graduated from Texas State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Master of Science degrees from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Aviation/Aerospace Management and Safety Systems.
Brittany Rice is responsible for optimizing processes, managing resources, and ensuring the overall efficiency at Crossworks Technologies, Inc., (CWTI). Her responsibilities include overseeing financial statements, tracking revenue, and reviewing expenditures to determine areas needing cost reductions and improvements. She also assists the President/CEO with managing relations with customers and partners. Additionally, she is responsible for ensuring that the company’s operations comply with company policies and implementing measures to promote company culture and vision. Brittany brings a wealth of experience in banking and logistics to CWTI. She attended both Virginia State University and the University of Central Florida.
