CWTI performs contractor Information Technology (IT) Technical Support for the Naval Safety and Environmental Training Center (NSETC) at Naval Station Norfolk, Virginia. Our contractors support Navy/Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) computers, printers, tablets in account creations, troubleshooting hardware, software and peripherals (Computer Monitors, Keyboards, Mice, CAC Readers, Headsets, and WebCams) and respond to trouble calls to the NMCI service desk. We provide additional technical support on Audio/Video equipment in multiple schoolhouse training classrooms to include DVD players, overhead speaker systems, and external monitors. We provide services in tracking telephone equipment, updating phone system security, adding and removing users from the phone system and provide training to users on functionality of the Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP) telephone network. We perform command users training on Cyber Security awareness procedures and maintain Department of Defense (DoD) compliant cyber security certifications.
